“I know what it’s like to carry trauma in the body - physical, sexual, and mental abuse. For years I lost myself in relationships that dimmed my light and silenced my truth. Until I finally realized: life was inviting me to look deeper. These painful experiences, became my greatest teacher.”
The spiral of my healing.
My journey began as a teenager caught in the messiness of my parents’ divorce, while navigating the grip of a possessive and abusive boyfriend. I felt alone, misunderstood, and unsafe in the world. I kept my pain inside, pushed others away, and convinced myself it was safer to stand alone. When sexual abuse entered my life, I disconnected completely from my body—it was too much to hold. Numbness became survival.
At 18, yoga cracked something open. On the mat, I discovered a way to soften the walls I had built. For the first time, I could breathe through discomfort instead of hardening against it. My body slowly began to release what I had been holding.
Talk therapy carried me through daily life with PTSD, but it never reached the roots. I stayed composed, strong, guarded. It gave me tools for the surface, but not for the shadows that kept patterns repeating.
Systemic work brought me down into those roots. It revealed the inherited pain carried through family lines, the burdens I had unconsciously been holding. Shadow work taught me the courage to face what I had long avoided—the discomfort, the darkness, the parts of myself I didn’t want to see.
Tantra opened another door. For the first time, I experienced touch that was present, honoring, safe. Through dearmouring and Tao tantric practices, I began to reclaim the numb places in my body, to welcome sensation, pleasure, and aliveness. Tantra also showed me the mirror—how every story I projected outward pointed back to me.
My journey has not been linear, but spiraled, like a labyrinth. Every turn—whether painful or illuminating—has brought me closer to myself.
“The heart of my work is self responsibility. I will hold you with compassion, and I will also invite you to step into your power. Healing starts when we choose to save yourself.”
Am I for you?
The work I do is not shaped by one path alone. My guidance is shaped by both deep study and lived experience. I have immersed myself in workshops, trainings, and teachings across Tantra, systemic coaching, shadow work, somatics, sacred sexuality, and conscious relating. And I have walked these tools myself, through my own body, healing, and life.
What makes my approach unique is the integration: honoring both body and lineage, shadow and light, pain and pleasure, intellect and embodiment. Healing isn’t about fitting into a method, it’s about meeting you exactly where you are and weaving together the practices that open your path.
Clients tell me they feel calm, safe, and centered in my presence. They feel seen without judgment, and empowered to discover their own answers instead of being told who to be.
Why work with me?
Because I offer both knowledge and heart. I hold space that is grounded and compassionate, but also fierce when needed. I will walk beside you into the layers of trauma, uncovering the truths beneath your stories, and opening to the wholeness that has always been yours.
My intention is simple: that you feel safe, seen, and held. That you remember yourself. And that you know you do not have to walk the path alone.
And just as in my own life, the heart of my work is responsibility. I will hold you with compassion, but I will also invite you to step into your power. Healing is not about waiting to be saved.. It’s about choosing to save yourself. My role is not to carry you, but to walk with you as you reclaim your voice, your body, and your truth.
